The room however was dull and furnished strangely. We had a room over pool and looking out into the river. The views can’t be beat from this location. We hope you will give us another opportunity to create a better experience. Please understand that we feel that for the high quality of food offerings and services, our prices at the Range Steakhouse are adequate and competitive in the Laughlin market. I trust you would enjoy one of these fabulous remodeled rooms which offer a refrigerator, coffee maker and safe. We are also excited about our remodeled South Tower rooms. I’m pleased to mention that we are updating our rooms with fresh paint, new carpeting and mattresses where needed, some new furnishings and other projects which we will continue through 2019. We are delighted to learn that you enjoyed our beach and received friendly service from our staff, however we are very sorry to learn that you didn’t fully enjoy your stay.
